Greystone Pointe HOA
This is a 46 home sub-division of Westwood Farms in Strongsville Ohio. These are low maintenance cluster homes where the low semi-annual dues cover mowing, front lawn and bed maintenance, snow removal and exterior painting in the front.
HOA NEWS
On Friday, July 7 at 7:00pm. a special meeting of the homeowners of the Greystone Pointe
HOA was held. The purpose of this meeting was to vote in the new volunteers for the Board of
Trustees. This was a virtual meeting, with most people voting by email prior to the meeting.
